MShoap13
This is a known issue with how Skyrim handles memory. Do you have the newest patch? Are you on a 32 bit or 64 bit OS? How much RAM does your PC have?

MShoap13
There's a workaround solution floating around on the web somewhere regarding setting the OS to reserve less RAM for itself which leaves more of the RAM that a 32 bit OS is limited to available for programs. I'll see if I can dig the post up on it from this board for you. This solution is not an end-all fix and if you continue adding replacer textures to your game you'll continue running into this issue. You may already have enough replacers going on to run into this issue even after applying the settings recommended by this workaround. You may want to look into your replacer packs and see if any of them have smaller map size versions available (which drastically reduce the amount of resources used with little to no visible difference in-game). Here's the link to the post with directions on how to setup this workaround. Edited January 3, 2012 by MShoap13
