Deleted30666895User
I sent a message to the chap who gave us Selene Kate asking if I could port it, but no reply. He says he has retired from modding in the posts section of his mod (a few years ago), would I be allowed to do this and upload it to nexus with no permission from the modder under these circumstances? I have already done a complete conversion Jim
DoctorKaizeld
No. You must have permission to upload/port the mod anywhere

Deleted30666895User
If the guys states he has retired like he has done, sorry I will do it anyway and give him the credit. And if some previous mod authors have died, do we ask God for permission? Surely we should honour their work and continue their legacy. You should think more before you give of the cuff answers friend..:)
LadyMilla
Here, on the Nexus, we have very strict rules concerning permissions: - You need EXPLICIT consent from the mod author. If you cannot contact them and their permissions are not EXPLICITLY permissive, then you have NO consent and you MAY NOT use their assets.
BlueGunk
Kasprutz has a Tumblr page: http://kasprutz.tumblr.com/ . I don't use Tumblr but (if you can translate the page) perhaps you can contact him there and ask? There is an earlier thread on these pages asking a similar question. Oh and he has a YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEP5NnpXKGsGJTVrLX3Nd-Q/about and FaceBook: https://www.facebook.com/public/Kasprutz-Connery He may no longer keep these up but the Tumblr looks active. Deleted2433418User
Not to butt in but ;-) the original mod works fine in SSE... no need for conversions without permissions
