bolivor Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 So there i am, knee deep in Falmer, and I realize i'm about to die. I've slain many of the creatures, but at my final foe i realize i'm out of potions. I've fought well, might as well go down swinging. His next hit almost kills me, leaving only a sliver of health left, and then i receive a message. My heavy armor skill has increased, and I've leveled up! I choose my stat and perk, and finish off the no doubt baffled creature. And then it hits me... I've become a Final Fantasy boss. Just when he thinks he's killed me, I've suddenly regained all my health, stamina, and magicka, now have more it, and I'm noticeably stronger. Seems rather a dick thing to do, but it feels good to be the one using that trick for a change. I suppose now i'll go gather some minions and try to destroy/take over the world!! I would even mutter taunting cheesy lines from a cliché over-the-top fantasy tale written by a horny teenager from time to time just to increase the frustration of my enemies who came at me in droves. And when they were all dead I would play a sad electric-piano tune while distancing the camera overhead from their lifeless bodies, making sure to turn it around ever-so slowly.
