Some mod Requests

Playing through my 170th hour and a couple of mod ideas came to me.

1. Flaming arrows - i know there are bows with flame damage but i think a flaming arrow would look good and be usefull for those 'enemy stood in a pool of oil' moments ;)

2.Cart rides that are realtime with random bandit attacks and the like, maybe stop at towns along the way? real immersion potential i think

3.Same as above but with boats (not the rivers with rapids of course. although.........)

4.some way to shut the NPC unsolicited speech up, i don't care if you are helping your mother with her fruit and vedge stall, why the hell are you telling me????? am i the only one this bugs? standing around an execution or something then yes but when i am walking about minding my own business then no.

1) This would be cool, especially if it incorporates the crafting system. And ESPECIALLY especially if someone decides to work on destructible environments.

2) I suggested this a couple of days ago. People generally seem to be on board.

3) As you say, the currents in the rivers, combined with their relative shallowness and the low bridges, makes this idea more difficult to institute. I suppose you could have a ship that strictly operates off the northern coast, but there aren't many places to go. Also, historically, companions have one hell of a time interacting with ships. Only time will tell if that problem can be overcome in Skyrim (that being said, fighting a dragon from the deck of your ship while at sea would be all kinds of awesome).

4) That already exists. Check the Gameplay Effects and Changes section of the Nexus site.

Well, instead of real-time travelling I can suggest a "map travel" that you can see the cart move along the road on map and you can just jump down wherever you want. It's just annoying to travel a long way to a city and then run back to reach your point.
