And I went to Whiterun (For the first time in this save file) and every guard in the hold attacked me. I went to Markarth that I had visited before... and all the guards, imperials and Thalmore attacked me. Same with Solitude and Falkreath. I used the console commands to pay off my bounty. I was teleported to the front of the jail and immediately assaulted by more guards. I then turned on God mode and stood between all the guards and unsheathed and resheathed my weapons to make them stop. They didn't. And no matter how hard I tried, NONE of them wanted to talk to me.
