I was playing Pokemon Silver the other day and you cant fast travel in Pokemon till you get fly.So I wandered if somebody could disable fast travel until you get ohdaving and he could teach you a shout meaning fly in dragon or something. The fast travel would be quicker because you would be flying a dragon and you would reach your destination instantaneously like in Pokemon. I guess with the creation kit you could even add the flying dragon cut scene for liftoff kinda like in pokemon. This just made sense to me since you can only fast travel outside which is the same place you can call ohdaving. Also its still flying a dragon without breaking the gameI do not plan on doing anything with this and anyone else can use this idea.
