House of Ruin

Honestly? It'd be awesome to have a house that had some trapdoor in it that led to some Nordic ruins...and at the end, a tricked out throne room.

A word wall with a unique word on it such as....a shout/"whisper" that turns you invisible and allows you to interact with stuff while invisible for a short amount of time? A LOT of mannequins, a LOT of weapon racks, a smithy, a unique weapon rack in the center of the throne room much like the sword in the stone (similar to Red Eagle's key sword) allowing you to place any one of your swords in a slot that unlocks a treasure room/storage room?

Maybe an Atronach forge hidden somewhere in there? An a cave entrance to a cave that leads to a Dwemer room with a Dwarven mechanism that takes you to Blackreach? An extremely tall tower that overlooks some scenery (such as the perch in Dragonsreach) with another smithy, enchanter, alchemy table, and a garden similar to the Arch-mages, replenishing every 30 days? Maybe add a portal room to the Twilight Sepulcher which only activates after the main TG quest is completed? Perhaps a statue of Talos for decoration purposes, with a shrine to Talos. Maybe a separate room, even with a statue and shrine to the Nine Divines?

It'd be great to have this hidden somewhere throughout Skyrim. Maybe give it a Nordic ruin kind of look, even if it is a house? Perhaps have it replace Hjerm, in Windhelm? I even have a name for it: Hjermsok

Perhaps adjust the cost to 100,000 septims?

Perhaps? Maybe? I'd like to see this, at least.

Wait doesn't that shout already exist anyway ? Become Ethereal or something I think.

But I like the idea. Could lead to a pretty interesting quest, maybe have a ghost in there acting as a housekeeper/companion and such.

No, Ethereal just prevents you from taking damage. Invisibility would just work as the spell, turning you completely transparent and cloaking you, but since it's a shout, it's slightly more powerful.

A quest for it would be great! I 'd love to have this be a challenge as well. Perhaps you have to make your way through this "crypt" in order to gain permanent access to it as well. Maybe get a unique power granted by that ghost that allows you to summon him once a day, anywhere, until he is killed, at which point he returns to your house.
