skilling mod for role players

So i love smithing, alchemy etc but as i level them my combat level rises and the ingame enemies get more difficult to kill faster than i can train my combat skills so i was thinking it would be great if all the none combat skills didn't affect leveling of the ingame character. The perks points for these skills would be seperate from that of the combat skills with a perk point gained for every say 5 levels gained by each non combat skill. The combat skills in turn would have to have their skilling rates have more impact onthe combat level of the player so that the player can still reach the level cap. Seriously how the hell is a master smith supposed to kill a draugh death lord if they only have like 20 one handed and 15 block?!!!!
