Not sure but the default settings for the mod should have some changes from vanilla. Do you have the holotape to configure it? It should be automatically added to your inventory. Do you use any other hud mods? I don't have others Mods HUD, and have on my Inventory the holotape, the problem i use it say "iHUD Activated" but the HUD don't dissappear, installed with NMM.
