I don't know if you know this or not, but maybe a tip for next time is to use the console to remove the compass etc. Just open the console (~) and type in tm. Dranorak Posted January 18, 2012 Share Posted January 18, 2012 I think a major problem with recording in Skyrim is the lack of control over the characters in any video you make. I like how you took the tools at hand (free fly cam) and used your creativity to create and film a storyline! I think Skyrim video makers in general would benefit from more advanced character control, and I think I'm on the brink of finding out a way to do that. Check out this proof of concept that shows that it's possible (with limitations, as for now) to film and control your character without being either in 1st or 3rd person. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAocTmnfmkk&hd=1 It could create great possibilities for future video's like yours.
