2. Why is it that when i use meshes that i have(from mods and stuff) i cant use them in the cs? they just dont show up at all. i eedit the mesh in nifskope and retexture and blah blah blah but they dont appear on npcs

You're going to need to be more specific.

You can't "download" the meshes used in the vanilla game, doing so would be illegal. Vanilla meshes are stored in the BSA files, and need to be extracted to your data folder if you want to link to them in the CS. There are a few tools around which can handle this extraction. If mods link to these meshes, without changing them, there won't be any mesh in your data folder. If mods contain new or retextured meshes, you need to have these placed properly in your data folders. Within the CS you can only use items based on these meshes by either having the mod that uses them loaded as active, or by linking a piece of equipment (new or otherwise) to that mesh in your data folder. You would only need to use nifscope if you were trying to apply a new texture to that mesh, in which case you would then need to save the .nif in nifscope, and link that .nif to something in the CS.

As always, make sure that mods containing equipment are enabled, and that if you are changing any equipment of standard, or existing NPCs, that you have a save which has not loaded that particular NPC. NPCs with changed inventories will only show those changes when they are refreshed by the game, or are respawned. This is why most equipment mods either use new NPCs, or have the equipment in containers somwhere.
