Problems with Helm/Hood retextures

I'm currently working on a mod that will include many various retextures of armor and weapons. However, whenever I test the armor in-game, I experience problems with the helmets and hoods.

 

For helmets:

 

The character's head does not appear at all. Only the helmet appears and it is skewed sideways to the left at a 90 degree angle.

 

For hoods:

 

The character's head does not appear either. However, there is no problems with the position of the hood portion itself.

 

 

 

 

I've checked the normal maps for the helmets, and attempted generating .egm files with the conformulator, but nothing seems to be working.

Any solutions?

For the helmets:

Try putting the retextured meshes in the same folder as the original so they can use the same .egm file, or copy the original .egm into the new folder.

 

For the hoods:

Make sure the hoods are only set to cover the "Hair" slot, rather than the "Head" slot. This should also be done with the helmets.
