Mod Idea (Loreless Island)

Well I'm not sure if anyone is doing a mod quite like this, but I intend to at some point and would love to have some help. It shouldn't even be hard (given the very nature of the mod itself)

 

The Basic Idea;

 

Two heinous villains have opened been jumping through rifts in time/space, stealing artifacts from different worlds and spreading them throughout Cyrodil. Mrs.Fredrickson (or similiar NPC) has come to you with a job. Collect the artifacts from around the world and bring them to Warehouse X on Loreless Island for safekeeping.

 

The Structure;

 

Take a good strong handful of the does-not-belong-in-oblivion (with permissions from owners) items and spread them all over the world on NPC's and in chests. Send players on thought-based quests (mystery style) to find these items and return them to Loreless Island for safekeeping.

 

for example:

 

Pop-culture icon reference with humorous and crude anecdotes

Cliche fantasy item from pop-fantasy with humorous and crude anecdotes

 

"Legolas's Bow; Deadly accurate boy, but has the side effect of causing the user to lose weight, brush hair back and act a bit foofy, as well as control over women but lack of interest in them"

 

"Kratos' Blades; Causes user to go into an overwhelming rage that can only be quelled by threesomes or death"

 

Obviously there would be no scripting for threesomes or weight loss, but it'd be part of the description and a reason we'd need to "collect" the item and bring it back to Loreless. As to prevent it from causing problems in the general populace :P

 

 

The mod itself shouldn't require much work outside of quest scripting. We'll need a "warehouse" put on an island to store the items. I'm thinking integration of Reznod's Mannequins should do nicely mixed with any 4 walls and a roof.

 

The bulk of the dialogue and story I've already got, it needs to be scripted obviously, but I don't want to give away any cheap spoilers so I won't post any goofery here. But if you pm me I'll give you some examples. Honestly the stuff writes itself, all you need to do is just dig through the mod files and find different things that just SCREAM parody mod :P

 

 

So what do you guys think? Anyone want to give me a hand with this? Any input or thoughts?
