Skyrim CTD at a certain area.

As the topic states, i never had any sort of problem playing skyrim a while back. Till now, i am getting a CTD at near of rorikstead or you can say a region around it. Whenever, i pass through there i get a CTD without any error. I always have to make another detour in order to do quests that are linked over there. I also have some mods which are listed at the bottom. I cleaned the mods with TES5edit, sorted load order with LOOT but still no hope. I can never fix this CTD which i get at a specific area. If someone has some sort of help or a way to fix this, i would be glad.
The things i have done in order to fix this:
1- Fixed mods with TES5Edit but no fix.

2- LOOT order

3- Save game cleaner

4- Waited most days in the game if it can fix the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm on here all the time helping people with what I can, and most often it is load order issues, but I am looking at your list and it's actually quite well organized. The only notation I'd make is that Dance of Death is considered a "dangerous" mod due it its not being updated. Violens is essentially the same thing with some even better scripts.

 

The only thing I could suggest might be to delete you skyrim, update, dlc .esms from your skyrim/data folder, then revalidate your files as something may have been corrupted in your installation. Then make sure you reclean them.

 

After that I'd say make sure you are using an SKSE.ini. Check out Crash Fixes the mod if you aren't already using it. Read that page and do what he/she says.

Also, if you are using Mod Organizer, make sure that your left pane load order matches your right pane. Not sure if you are using that or not. If so, also make sure there are no files in your overwrite section

I did a research on this CTD and it seems like there is some CELL or save game problem. I even cleaned my save game and it detected like much orphan scripts maybe over 500 but i recently fixed it. Even fixing my save game didn't solved it either.

I am already using crash fixes mod, is there any way to fix this area? I think some uninstalled mod ruined my save game or some cell maybe? I heard there are methods to fix these cells by using tes5edit but i don't know much about it.

Secondly, i don't have any files in overwrite section but yeah i have a folder. :P
So reinstallation is only hope left for me?

Whenever you alter/move/delete a mod from an active save, you can cause these errors. While Script cleaner I hear is great for helping, I also hear it is not 100%, which you are seeing in your case. Before you consider doing a complete reinstall from scratch (find out how to do this properly), I would suggest you try a new game and see if the problem persists. I doubt it will.

You can also open your TES5Edit and check all your mods and look for conflicts. Those that are underlined AND bold are considered conflicting strongly, I believe. You might want to see if any mods are doing that. Some also could just be named wrong and it is messing up the cell. If it is, just edit it there. For instance, someone in one of your mods might have put wihterun for the cell location, but he meant to jot down Whiterun.

I think the main problem could be helgen reborn, since the tavern mast is included over there near the region where i mostly get a CTD. Right now, i am going to disable this mod and check it whether it works and let you know. If it won't work, i will look into tes5edit.
