Can you force specific radiant quests to start?

hi folks

 

so I've been playing Skyrim, and just finished the Dawnguard questline

I've done all the radiant quests for Sorine, and i'm trying to do the 3 relic quests, but so far only got one

the question is, can i force such a quest to start?

 

furthermore, i'll probably play the thieves' guild sometime in the future, and i would like to do enough of the radiant quests to become guild master

but i really hate the fact that i have to accept quests two at a time

so, is there a way to start even more of them at the same time??

 

basically, both questions are the same, and sum up to this

can i somehow force my game to start radiant quests? via console commands maybe?
