How to add a custom spell in Edgar's magic sell list?

Hi guys,

I am new at modding. I am trying to add a custom spell at Edgar's shop so I can buy it from him.

 

In Tes Construction, I created a custom spell in the spell tree and then I dragged it into Edgar's spells for sale. But for some reason, my spell is not available for sale when I am inside the game. Is there something more involved in order to do this?
