Kenmurikumo
Got an idea that i don't currently have time to pursue: Would it be possible to make special, in-game, containers that when you put guns or armor into, insert their content into the vanilla leveled lists?I was wondering if you could use the injector scripts that inject certain weapons, armors, or npcs into the game to instead insert the contents of a container that you filled, in game. This would naturally be limited to things that you could put into containers (so no npc injection). The containers wouldn't necessarily have to sort the items, but instead you could have a container for, say, level 15 raider armors, and any armors you dump into said container would find there way into the programmed leveled lists. Another for level 30 raider armors; one for gunners; settlers; merchants, so on and so forth. Ideally these containers could be crafted at a settlement and in doing so, any items that are downloaded that are not already added to leveled lists could be inserted IN GAME by the player, circumventing the need for the player to manually write an inject script for the mod (or worse tamper with the vanilla list). The player could also customize where the items go and at what levels they deem needed by putting the items in the desired containers. I've done a small amount of personal work with the creation kit (for skyrim) so i am familiar, to a small degree, with how to make new content and how leveled lists work. I have almost no experience with how to script, but was inspired by A_Blind_Man's injector script framework, so i have no idea if this is even remotely possible. Any realistic/constructive feedback is welcome!
