I've cleared out all the folders, redownloaded Skyrim and uninstalled all my cherished mods *sob* and I'll be reinstalling them a few at a time and veeerrryy carefully. If it pops up again, I'll see if I can spot the erring file, but if it was a loose script it was presumably from a mod I had installed and then tried to get rid of.
