Skill Tree and crouch help

Ok, I've only downloaded 8 mods so far, and those mods are:

 

No More Blocky Faces by Xenius

Tytanis - The Ultimate Mod - Crafts - Spells - Items - MORE by Tytanis

RWT Realistic Water Textures by Isoku

Better Females by Bella

Skyrim HD - 2K Textures by NebuLa

Calientes Female Body Mod Big Bottom Edition -CBBE- by Caliente

No Helmet Mod by Vuradic

 

And they're working perfectly, but when I go to my skill tree, the right and left arrow doesn't work, and the "add perk" button may not work either (I started a new character, and have yet to level it, so I don't know yet), and I can no longer sprint when crouched, so I was wondering if anyone had experienced same/similar problems with all or any of these mods. Thanks.

EDIT: I found out why my roll didn't work, but the skill tree problem still remains, so if anyone could look past my talk about roll, and help me, then that would be awesome :biggrin:
