Freeze on giant hit

Lately every time I get hit by the Giant's club my game freezes mid strike. The audio will loop the last second and my controller will continue to vibrate until I Alt +tab out and work my way to task manager. I don't know if this is a bug in the game itself or if it's caused by one of my many mods. I'll post the load order below. Any help or insight would be great; I can't seem to find any record of someone having a similar problem.
