SSE Adding map markers via a script

So I found this mod that adds a Note for you to read that adds the markers for all the Standing Stones to your map after you read it.

 

I want to do something similar, but for the Word Walls. However I am such a noob at scripting that I can't even make sense of the script that the other mod uses. Are there any good guides for doing what I'm trying to do? Is it even possible?

 

EDIT for clarification: Basically what I want is a book that gives you either the quest markers like Arngeir does, or adds the actual markers to the map like the A Gentleman's Guide to Whiterun and similar books do.
