Skyrim crashing, possible load order issue?

This seems to be a recurring topic so I apologize in advance. ð

I know the basics of load order, and everything looked about right to me but I'm experiencing crashing so much the game is nearly unplayable.

For awhile I had absolutely no issues, even with all of the mods I had installed. It seems to be a new thing but I'll go ahead and list everything I have as they are in my load order.

If I need to move or delete anything entirely I have no problem doing so, so let me know.
