You have your Bijin Wives, NPCs, and Warmaidens active. I believe they need to be installed, but deactivated on the plugins menu. They shouldn't be showing up in your load order list I believe if you have Bijin All in One. Read his page to make sure I'm right.
Other than that, I'm not seeing anything. Are you using an ENB Preset?

no enb preset

just using enboost without graphics

 

I even dropped high lvl enemies and hd tex pack to try and a couple other mods to try and lighten the load.

also using sheson mem log and I checked after ctd and that certainly isn't the issue.

I'm pretty stumped. .

When I experienced this a long time ago, I just did my clean install, then slowly reinstalled each mod, about 3 at a time and tested them in a new game. It took a while, but I made sure as I read each one, I looked to make sure there was nothing I was missing nor conflicts with other mods. I would also use the TES5Edit to make sure there weren't conflicts. Eventually now I'm up to 230 and stable.

This is the only way to properly fix this. OP, do this if you want to fix it.

I'm starting over as suggested and will test each mod as I go.
