Magnusdg
Ive been modding my game pretty hard lately and ive been getting some pretty bad cpu bottlenecking. where my cpu would be at 99% and gpu at 30%. The weird thing is i got a gtx 970 and a 4970k cpu. Is this really normal with skyrim even if i got 200+ mods? My game is pretty stable except from low fps. I have been googling around and even heard that a 4970k is good enough for the gtx 1080. So my question is if modded skyrim really is this cpu intensive or if its probably a mod issue. snelss0
More likely because it's a 32bit system trying to be run as a next gen game. Thus why SSE will be so good when it comes to modding. It'll run like butter!
Magnusdg
I tested skyrim special edition with no mods and there i ran 60fps with gpu and cpu both chilling at 20% lol. Looking forward to the day skse is ported to se..
