Light and sound meters for sneaking?

I've always been annoyed with how sneaking has been handled in Elder Scrolls games. All you get really is an eye that shows whether or not they know you're there, with no real indication about how hidden you are or how much sound you're making. In more stealth based games like Thief or Splinter Cell they give you a 'light gem' or a 'sound meter' that gives you the details about these elements, and I would love to see a Skyrim mod include these while you're in sneak mode. I know that the game takes into account your visibility while sneaking as well as how much sound your armor or the surfaces you're walking on are making, so those elements are already in place.

I have no modding experience myself. I'm just posting ideas I've had that I thought could improve the game. Would anyone be interested in something like this?

I found this thread looking for the same thing. I'd like to do away with the eye as I play sans cross hairs, but am looking for an imersive way to still have an idea of how noticable I am. I'm using SkyRe and Sneak Tools, also Imersive Hud, I think a better indicator for stealth would be awesome. Maybe a contextual bar or gem, similar to frostfall indicating weather, That would give you an idea of how visible you are according to light and sound leaving it on you to guess whether you are being searched for or not through the enemy AI reactions.
