SSE looking for mod recommendations

I love mods that add that nice little touch to things. Like making places that are dark, actually dark, like in caves or abandoned places. And night time should be night and not mildly dark. you know using torches or some magical means of seeing, like the Khajiit racial ability.

 

I also like fog effects, something that makes seeing even during the day hard sometimes, but not ALL the time, to much of something is always bad I say.

Pretty much like silent hill sort of EMB.

 

also I been looking for a mod that changes the various races (preferably female) into something cuter, or maybe sexier, more so the cat people, the Khajiit which I do enjoy playing. Something that makes them look more animal like or more cat girl like. Not looking for a full on new race, just a change to them utterly.

And no I am not wanting a texture change to them. something that makes like either more feral or more cat girly. Along with armor that works with it, either something sexy for the cat girl or something that would suit a more feral Khajiit.

can the supreme and volumetric fog mod run in SE?

I don't know much about fog effects, but I'm really enjoying the combination of Realistic Lighting Overhaul and Illuminated Atronachs. (I'm most often a 1h/conjuration type) Now dungeons are not pitch black, but uncomfortably dark, and my flame atronach allows me to see like there's actually a human-sized fire next to me.
