Settlement Auto Sell Crate

In short, a modified version of the manufacturing conveyor storage that either instantly or on a timer (every night?) sells its contents depositing the caps to the workshop. I'm hoping that this can be (relatively) easily achieved by linking it to the already existing prices. This would as well as giving manufacturing plants a way to automate the selling of their output, also provide a method for automatically disposing of all the armour/weapons that currently can't be touched by even manufacturing extended.

I understand the balance implications of this (simply setting this up linked to a storage producing water would allow for afk production of caps) but feel it would be more useful to "wasteland tycoons" than it would be to those cheating. If possible, offering versions that tweak the sell prices (75% of value, 50%, 25%) to allow players to self balance.
