Are screenies of the problem.

I'm only running Oblivion.esm and Cheydinhal Falls. I've run TES4Lodgen twice. I'm pretty sure it's some sort of INI issue, could be a heightmap. But UL should work (to my knowledge) out of the box, so I'm betting it's me somehow.

Any ideas?

As in the other thread, I'm 80% sure it's LOD land. Switch off Distant Land or use TLL from the console to make sure.

TLB toggles the culling on distant land meshes, for some reason. I'm not sure what else could be causing it, if you're not using that.

...er, no. You have it backwards. Toggling TLB on is what causes the problem in the first place. LODs (low-quality meshes used for distant objects and terrain) are normally culled when the player gets close enough to see detailed textures; TLB/LiteBrite rendering kills most lighting and for some reason causes LODs to display even while you're close up. With it off, they shouldn't show up at all, and the game should be at full quality.

LODs being displayed depends on Distant Land being on, since land LODs == distant land. Dragging the view distance slider down turns it off automatically. This pretty much confirms that your LODs are acting funny for whatever reason.

Edit: Turn your view distance all the way back up and turn Distant Land back on, and if the problem reappears, try "slp 1111" in the console. slp 0011 mimics tlb and can be set while tlb is off, and although I would think you'd notice the quality decrease, it's worth a try.
