Downloaded a bunch of mods for the first time and game cannot start up now?

Really need some help, I followed all the installation instructions for all the mods carefully but I cant start my game now. Here is what downloaded and here is what came up after attempting to start up the game:

Hi,

 

I'd try removing The Enhancement System and relaunching the game. If that doesn't work then start again with a fresh install of TW3 and load each mod one by one.
