LE D-pad Categories for Favourites

Using an Xbox controller on the PC, I want to be able to use the D-pad like this:

 

Up - All favourites (this is already default)

Left - Magic favourites

Right - Weapon favourites

Down - Apparel favourites

 

Thats it! No need to change how the menus look.
