Arcane Enchanter in the Ragged Flagon

The title speaks for itself.

Unless I'm blind or I've misread any information on the manner, I haven't noticed any Arcane Enchanting tables in the Ragged Flagon, main or cistern. I could really make a great use of one in the main cave, where the merchants are all located. Is it hard to add one there? I always head to Dragonsreach every time I want to enchant a few items but as much as I love Whiterun, it gets too tiring and I'm not really a fan of fast travelling but I use it cause the option exists. Sooo yea, a table if it is possible. Thanks in advance!

Stand where you want to put the enchanter, open the console (the § button above tab) and write "player.placeatme 000BAD0D", without quotes of course. With setangle command you can rotate it to fit in place (eg. setangle z 250).

I gotta' say ... That Console command is a godsend ... I've been using it for a while now, and basically, I'm putting an Arcane Enchanter next to every Blacksmith's Shop, I mean duh! Bethesda, you sell your crap, buy the ingredients you need ... craft that sarweet / leet sword/bow/armor and legendary up that bad boy, ya wanna enchant the mofu straight away! You don't want to have run around town or fast travel somewhere else .. Sheesh!

I partially agree with you but let's not forget the concept of the whole thing. Arcane Enchanters are supposed to be used by mages and well.. people with knowledge on the subject. I doubt blacksmiths have any idea on how to enchant items, yes they sell them but that doesn't mean they enchant them. Then again, this is Skyrim, maybe blacksmiths take Arcane into their job seriously.. Still though, it doesn't really fit well.. An Arcane Enchanter next to the forge and workbench.. Of course it's up to your taste. :) I only added a workbench up on the skyforge and it was awesome to see Eorlund interacting with it! I'd hate to see him work on the Arcane Enchanter though, he'd look like "Why the f**k am I placing my hands on this thing for?" :P

I kinda' sorta' agree ... but ... I've found Arcane Enchanters in Crypts (What, the Draugr need to upgrade there rags to be Cold Resistant?) and also in dank, dark, smelly caves (the Skeevers adding the Drain Health effect to there claws maybe?) ... I agree that Blacksmiths wouldn't normally need an Enchanter themselves, but you know customer service and all that counts doesn't it? They compliment you when you make a really 'hawt' piece of equipment sometimes, so why not " Would you like to use our complimentary Arcane Enchanter on that sir?" ... I love the idea of a workbench at the skyforge though .. never thought if that!

Moar Arcane Enchanters I say!

Agreed, I was like "wha?" when I found Arcane Enchanters in crypts too. Well, maybe they weren't really "crypts" back then but whatever!

Yea, I placed a workbench just across the forge, facing the Jorrvaskr. I was going to add a smelting oven too but it didn't really blend in the area. It takes too much space and I don't really want to ruin the view of The Throat of the World from there. I also added a tanning rack but I think I'll remove it, it's just useless..
