xJustinx Posted January 5, 2012 Share Posted January 5, 2012 Found Black-Briar Lodge today and it occurred to me that this would make a great location and structure for an estate. Plenty of rooms in interior as is, stable and guard tower, location is good too. Not being a mod type, wondered if I could make a request, those with the mind to could take a look and see if this is the type of place that could be converted to a palatial estate. Seems to have the basics to me, but not sure if there would be a problem with any of it. Seems to be in two quest lines (have not done either) but not sure if that would be a no no .
