Cant save after 237 hours

Im using 254 mods quite for a while without real problems but today i just did 2 save(quicksave) files at the Hjaalmarch Stormcloak Camp.Whatever the problem is ive no idea ,it basically ctd without any logs.All my save file attemps are 0 kb.After 237 h of game my save files near to 18 mb.I use a tool named Skyrimtools to clean my save files but that doesnt help either,problem resists.I did %80 of Stormcloaks quests in 1 hour and then i go for Auriel's Bow and played more than 1 hour in Forgotten Vale and decided to make a new save file and game ctd immediately.As u understand i disabled all saves feature from Skyrim just manual save i try.I did i think %90 of all Skyrim and dlcs quests and after quite some time leaving this marvellous game isnt so easy for me.I need advices to play with my saves.I dont wanna start a new game coz i cant be so sure that problem persist or not.

I use Loot and WyreBash to organize and arrange my mods.

Yeah, that happened to me yesterday. And it happens to people quite very often.

By any chance, do you have Alternate start - Live another life mod installed? Have you started/completed the main quest?

Disabling it may fix the problem. Going back to a previous save and continuing from there may also help (Yes you'll have to replay the 80% of stormcloak campaign)

No,i dont have it ,i just use 1 overhaul named Opening Scene Overhaul.I suspect just from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/249/?.It sometimes dont load my save games after 3-4 hours after playing.Closing skyrim and running it again with my previous saves always worked for me before.
