Still looks slightly off to me, but if you're alright with it, well alright then.

Yea, there's three axis, and normally you'd actually have been right; X is left-right, Y is up-down, Z is depth. Oblivion nifs usually have them as X as left-right and the functions of Y and Z are swapped due to how it requires models to be oriented. If you load up an Oblivion nif in Nifskope, you usually start off looking at the tippy-top of the model.

Nothing to apologize about. It's not your fault the helmet doesn't (and can't, I'm pretty sure a custom egm wouldn't have made any difference) conform in the eye area. To a point, I enjoy messing around in these kinda of things anyway.

It's just the width of the nose bridge...it doesn't seem wide enough. The outside edges of the eyeholes seem to far in, too. I scaled the width by an additional .1000; back up the one you already have in case it doesn't look better.

*shrugs* The eyes seem centered better to me, but use whichever looks better to you; I think we've modified the helmet to the point where nobody else'll be able to use it anyway, so it's all yours. I'll make a separate one based on the unmodified head mesh for use by the unwashed masses.

Looks like we're all done here for the moment, unless you have anything else you want me to poke into behaving?
