So, I cant leave Rivet City...

I figure is has something to do with the mods I downloaded while inside, but when I turn it off, it still wont allow me to leave...

Another issue is I dont have a location or Creator for these mods, I just copy/paste and load from Fo3 launcher Menu. But I have the File Names, so i hope thats enough...help...
