LE [Request] Skip mining-animation

Hey guys!

 

First: sorry for my bad english, it isn't my native language :>

 

I'm tired of that long mining animation when I'm mining.It takes such a long time... but not enough to finish a tetris marathon o_O !

Can anyone make a mod, which skips this animation ? Instead of the animation, the ore should open an inventory window when you press the action key. The inventory should include 2-3 of the ore that you are mining and sometimes a ruby, diamond, amethyst or something like that.

 

Is that possible to make ?

 

(I googled how to finish a private letter (how I should finish that post). They said I should try "bye, see you...... love you.... kiss you". Well.... serious? I don't think so...)

You know, you could just strike the ore with a pickaxe?

I think that having it like a container would be nice though.

I dont know if this helps you, but I found out that you can also beat the ore vein with your pickaxe to give you the ore.

just equip your pickaxe, aim at ore vein you want to mine and hit it a few times. it feels atleast a bit faster way to mine and havent noticed any downsides for doing that way

It is faster because you don't get in the animation, if you have the faster dual wield perk and the elemental fury shout activated it's even faster.
