Arisen's Bond Affection Override

So one of my biggest pet peeves with this game is that the item "Arisen's Bond" which is supposed to ensure that that the person wearing it is captured by Grigori can easily undone simply by talking to another NPC who also has their affection maxed out. So NPC's like Quina or Mercedes can be given the Arisen's Bond before their personal quests but Aelinore or Madeline can be chosen simply because their quests take place at a later point. My request is this, if at all possible, please make a mod to where the NPC given the Arisen's Bond will always be the one taken by Grigori. Thanks in advance.
