Gilibran
I had the same problems in Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim & now New vegas it is inherent to using mods, despite mod managers, i'm afraid. Only solution i can give you is to deactivate all. Then activate them one by one, start up the game after each new activation. Eventually it crashes after activating a particular mod. Deactivate all again, activate that single mod that caused the crash. See if it still causes a crash, this to find out if it is the mod itself or a conflict. If not the mod itself, start the borring procedure of leaving the mod active and one by one reactivating the other mods, start up game, no crash deactivate it and activate the next. Untill you find the conflicting mod. Then fiddle around with loading orders. If that does not help it's simple. Just choose wich mod you want to keep the most and delete the other. Good luck

Gilibran
your welcome, just let us know if it worked, and if you find the conflicting mods tell the creators. They might solve the problem if they are still into modding. I am no PC wizzard at all, just not afraid of spending some time getting things to work properly and try anything i can find. Even if that means reinstalling the game 10 times  i have yet to come accros the game i cannot use mods on & play  good luck
