I freeze on all loading screens, though they load successfully after a while and I crash at the start of a new game.

You don't state whether you use NMM or MO.

From what I can see:
1. Move your Unofficial Hearthfire Patch below Hearthfires.esm
2. I would suggest getting the Unofficial High Res Patch if you are going to use the High Res Texture pack 1,2,3.
3. Choose one of the following, not all three:
[City Remodeling Mods]
[sounds of Skyrim type Mods]
[NPC Overhaul Mods] (cuttingroomfloor/interesting/immersive/whatever else NPCs stuff)

Most often these three are not compatible with each other. Read specifically what parts are and what aren't; whether there are patches you can use, and what is verified to work well with each others mod.

Just think logically when installing your mods. If I install a mod that alters the structure of a city, the traveling pathways of NPCs to fit that new city, then it is messing with NPC scripts of NPCs in that city. If I install a mod that makes all NPCs in my world have a better AI, then that mod too is messing with those same scripts. Therefore, I need to check on their compatibility. If nothing is mentioned, ask, don't use, or test extensively.

4. You should put all your animations at the end of your load order. They just work better that way.
5. Be advised, while HTD is nice, it can cause errors in the game and crashes. Skyrim just wasn't made for that sort of thing.
6. A lot of mods are not compatible with the Winter Edition of Climates of Tamriel. Make sure on all your mods, especially world location editing mods that they are compatible.
7. Skyrim Radioactive is not compatible at all with lighting mods or mods that add NPCs, to which you have both.
8. You have more than one mod that edits magic. Make sure these are compatible.
9. I'm sure there are a lot more issues in here, but I'm just going to stop there and let you read your mods. Basically my last pieces of advice would be that the end of your load order should be

FNIS
[Animations] (Mods that FNIS updates)
XPMSE
Merged patch
Bashed Patch, 0

Other than that, if you aren't using an SKSE.ini, I suggest you check out Crash Fixes and make the changes he recommends.

Also, anytime you move/alter/delete a mod from an active game, you should start a new game instead of continuing. Start fresh.

Awesome! I had already tried all of those but had no idea about the Hearthfires patch being in the wrong place, even after looking through my load order countless times :wallbash:

 

My freezing during load screens is fixed now, too.
