Trypal7
The new textures will not show up on the raider females. The mesh's are working, but the textures on all of the female raiders are showing up with the garbled messed up stock underwear. I don't remember what I had to do in the past for this to work fine. I even copied and pasted the textures from female upperbody in to raider female upperbody folder and still I get the black undies andmixed up textures. What do I have to do? micalov
Archive Invalidation, if you are using FOMM or Nexus mod manager (if your not you realy should) goto tools tab, then check archive invalidation, if its already ticked uncheck then recheck. You can find FOMM (Fallout Mod manager) Here Or NMM (Nexus Mod manager) Here NMM is still in Beta stage though and personally I would recommend FOMM over NMM at present. Trypal7
I have fomm, version 0.12.6, it does'nt have Arc-inv in the tools tab but has toggle arc-inv button on the front. Everytime I add a mod etc I uncheck and re-check. I'm still stumped. Should I download arc-inv seperately, install it and see what happens? prensa
Trypal7 - Hello! "The new textures will not show up on the raider females." If your female character & other female NPC's are fine & it's only your Female Raiders, check you've taken care of your Raider females textures. They use a seperate texture to your character/normal NPC's & if not sorted can have the "brown panty" bug while other females are fine. If you're using Type 3, I recommended you download Alternate Female Raider Skins for Type3 - TypeV - MMMF3: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11711 The collection of .dds files in TYPE3-V-RaiderSkins should be in your: Fallout 3 - Data - Textures - Characters - raiderfemale Using the that pack will give them a simillar grubby look like the originals. Also, are you using Mart's Mutant Mod? If so, that adds extra Female Raiders seperate from the vanilla ones. So fixing the vanilla Female Raiders would still leave any MMM added ones with that "brown panty" look. :) Simple fix if you are using MMM, go here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11711 & download this: TYPE3-V-RaiderSkins-MMMF3 Either install with FOMM, or just drop the data folder from that into your Fallout 3 folder, clicking yes to overwrites. If you're using Exnem, there are MMM Female Raider fixes here: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8693&navtag=file/images.php?id=8693&tab=3 I made a guide for installing Type 3 with Fallout Mod Manager (FOMM): http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=369068 Look for: Here's how to make a Type 3 FOMM pack Hope this helps! nisen
good advice presna, probably what he needs, i only discovered that mod a couple weeks ago, explaining how MMM adds its own raider skin versions, but imo, the mod itself isnt much better than the stock MMM stuff; the skins are still too grubby and the tatoos arent that great. You only need to add TAT1, TAT2, TAT3 to the head and body file names of any number of better looking skin textures released for FO3 or FONV, and overwrite them to MMMF3/characters/raiderfemale in your FO3 directory Edited January 6, 2012 by nisen
