LE Tweak Request: Ebony Mail Poison Cloak as Ability

Hello fellow modcrafters!

 

I was wondering if there is a way to make the Sneak-activated Poison Cloak effect of the Ebony Mail into a permanent ability, so that I don't have to wear the Ebony Mail and still get the exact same shadowy effect every time I sneak?

I know of a mod that gives you a Spell Tome that once read, grants Invisibility as an automatic effect every time you sneak: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70173/?

I have tried tweaking the above mod, replacing the Invisibility effects with the Poison Cloak ones... But once I read the Spell Tome, somehow the Poison Cloak effect exists whether I sneak or not. :sad:

Would some kind soul out there share their expertise and effort with me, perhaps as part of the holiday spirit? :tongue:
