False "save corruption" during gameplay

The bug took some time to appear in my first playthrough too, but that was a long ago - when I started this topic. Since emergence it plagued my game constantly, appearing several hours in and striking every 20 minutes since that.
You can play the game some initial time with small number of mods using SkyUI. But it will happen. On the other hands, in my case, getting rid of interface mods and disabling general subtitles allows me to play with any mods I like and the bug never appears.

I'm not using a Wrye Bash. Couple of merged patches I'm using I built by myself in SSEEdit. But I don't think it is really relevant. Auto-merged Patch is just a bunch of combined records. They often create a very different experience that you get from non-merged mods, but there is nothing there to ruin your interface. Bashed Patch (or process of its creation) is a bit more complicated, however, and it can have strange side effects.

I can confirm that it does get worse the more plugins you have. I recently got rid of the corruption at around 160 plugins. (Played for 8 hours without any issues what so ever)

Since this bug is annoying the hell out of me, I decided to add more mods to see when it breaks. At 181 plugins (480 mods) I got the corruption in about an hour of questing and crafting.

Corruption in about one hour with 181 plugins (480 mods) - 43436 strings - 6371 scripts - 85405 script instances

Will remove some plugins and see how it goes.

Alright, since my last post where I forced the corruption by adding more plugins until it broke, I have now been playing a fresh character for 3 hours without being able to get the corruption. I have been doing quests around Riverwood, killing bandits, clearing embershard mine, doing several crafting sessions (also browsing though all the categories at the forge, tanning rack and workbench) Seems to be working perfectly fine.

No corruption in three hours with 170 plugins (497 mods) - 44694 strings - 6467 scripts - 85103 script instances

As you can see I have 17 more mods than when I forced the corruption. Half of these have plugins, but I have been merging a lot of them (as well as other plugins). I doesn't look like the amount of scripts, strings or stuff the game has to load got any effect on the bug for me, but as I found earlier it seems to be tied more or less directly to the total number of active plugins.

And just for the record, I am using plenty of interface mods (Skylight UI, SkyHUD, Better Dialogue / Message Box Controls, Sovngarde Front Replacer, Custom Handwritten Fonts, Custom Favorites Menu) as well as Bashed Patch (Merged Plugins/Tweaks/Inventory/Level Lists)

Also using three .dll loaders: Uncapper - AchievementUnlocker - FPS Fixes

Sounds like this may be the best link we've had in a while, some users are reporting not having issues without SkyUI and interface mods/subtitles, while that doesn't seem to make a difference for others. The sheer 'randomness' of some of these 'fixes' lead me to believe more and more that it is somehow engine related, and a general ESP count may be where it's at. Increasing ESP count may increase the likeliness of encountering this bug.... but that makes no sense, because if I remember right, a couple of users reported no issues at or close to the ESP cap, but adding in a small handful of mods caused complete issues within minutes.

I guess we just have to cross our fingers and hope the SKSE64 team some how find and fix this bug while looking at the base code for when they eventually release SKSE64. unless one of use stumble ass backwards in to a solution in the mean time.

guess i'm just going to have to rome a couple of my heavier scripted mods and merge what i can to get my ESP count down.

Well as soon as i start using things like campfire my game just doesnt work anymore too many menus.Crafting is fine.

I'm pretty much opposite, I'm not running campfire and crafting is what causes it most.

I was playing for hours and as soon as i entered ustengrav game corrupted and i had freezing in there aswell, then played couple of hours outside ustengrav no freezing no corrupt saves till i was outside windhelm and started using campfire, still no freezing even in combat but corrupts. I just find it weird how its triggered.

Well whatever i did seems to have worked for me, with my current pretty heavy mod loadout im able to play for hours without issues and i pretty much never get combat freezing anymore only one time in this save in ustengrav. So for the most part the save corrupt issue has been fixed for me, it does happen eventually but aslong as i can play few hours im fine with it.
