NPCs Have Invisible Body Parts

Some of the Enemies and NPCs have invisible Armor or Clothes. It's not all of them only some, It's weird because even when another NPC is wearing the same clothes/armor as an invisible one they are visible. The armor and clothes are being properly detected by the game they are just not visible. I saw some videos where some people had the same problem and fixed it by setting the skyrim.ini to:

(this was originally set to 0 in the video's I saw but was missing from my file, so I added it.)

That didn't help at all, I also read somewhere that it might be because of Immersive Armors not being installed properly. I reinstalled it and that also did nothing.

 

If anyone has had and solved the problem, please help.

Generally when people's bodies are invisible it is due to a clothing replacer conflict. Make sure you don't have 2 mods installed that change NPC armors/clothing.

I ended up doing a clean install of everything and starting a new game. that worked but now when I'm done making my character and try to equip a spell the menu shows up empty with the exception of my race specific ability. If someone could help me with this I would be grateful.
