pete1
Hi everybody I played around a little with setav, advskill and removeperk commands so I could play for a while as mage and then again as archer/etc... The last time I did this, I used for example player.advskill marksman 10000000 to speed up the process. Now when I reset my stats again with player.setav marksman 15, I immediatly jump back to archery level 100 as soon as I shoot one arrow. I already tried player.advskill marksman -100000000 but although the console does not tell me the command was invalid, it has no effect at all. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks, pete
razorback91
I also have this problem, i used the advskill and player.setav as i was changing race and wanted new perks/skills.I used advskill sneak 1000000 to get the perk points, after removing my old perks with console command player.removeperk. Now, i used player.setav to set sneak to 10 and used the player.setlevel to get my char back to lvl 10, however, when i go into sneak it will level straight away and shoot to 100 thus increasing my level -_- I am using requiem mod btw Any help would be appreciated, Cheers Razor Edited July 2, 2013 by razorback91
prod80
Remove your "~" key of the keyboard and dont touch it again...You cannot really revert back the gained experience you put on simply by putting the level back to 10.
razorback91
Remove your "~" key of the keyboard and dont touch it again...You cannot really revert back the gained experience you put on simply by putting the level back to 10.I didn't just take a list of commands and start messing around, i found a wikia page listing this method with replies stating it worked and was bug-free. I thank you for giving me an answer but you didn't need to be condescending.
prod80
The wiki just lists the commands to add experience... doesnt list anything to substract it again... Setting the level back to 10, will still have the experience in the background, just with a different level... then when you shoot something, this adds a little bit experience and there you go - back at where you started. Maybe you can try: player.modav sneak -1000000 But that could just as well ruin everything, or it might not even stick in your save game. It will be very hard to revert back to originals and it might break stuff (consoling around the game generally causes damage). Those pages should really give big fat warnings on top.
