Game crashes at startup

Since Nuka World DLC my Fallout 4 doesn't work any more. At startup the game crashes to desktop without error. I updated all mods I use and checked them with the Loot tool. I also changed load orders and check the gamedata under steam properties, nothing helps. I do not know any more what to do. Please can somebody help me? Thanks.

neutralize all mods and see if it works at all, then single out the guilty mod(s) by trialing them all

Thank's. I was already working on this and finaly I find the .esp file that cause the problem. It works again, but now when I finish the game and move to Main Screen I get a "Lookup Fail" message and sometimes the games crashes to desktop.

But the main thing is, I can play again.
