Can you use console commands/cheats without disabling achievements?

I've successfully used a tcl command to get myself unstuck and still unlocking achievements. But I'm using a mod that gives achievements when your playing a modded save.

@Fixadent As Azzendix has linked you, that is the mod I use and you must place another mod/file in the game directory from the same author for it to work. Simple really.
