Skyrim red and blue ground texture glitch

Hi! I've been playing Skyrim for a few years now, and I've never had very many problems. I am running the game on a dell laptop with 4 CPU, 1.8 GHz, an Intel Hd 4000 graphics card with 1.7 G VRAM, 6 G system RAM, and it is installed in the normal steam directory. The game version is the latest, of course, all DLC, NMM 0.61.23, SKSE 1.7.3, and the latest version of loot. Like I said, I've never had any problems that I haven't been able to solve very quickly, but out of nowhere, I exited a modded interior, doing one of the quests in the Inigo companion mod, and the ground textures were a bright red, blue, and dull gray color which flashed and changed when I looked around. The problem doesnt seem to affect interiors, except that the surfaces of enchanting tables are a neon blue. That's the only information I have about the issue, it just popped up out of nowhere, no new mods or anything. I'd really appreciate any help you could give me, I've already reinstalled the game, as well as verified the game cache, by the way. My load order is listed below, as well as a screenshot.
