EVERYONE Has Discolored Heads/Bodies

Hope you were able to resolve the issue in the meantime. If not, you can try these:

 

1. Use the "texblend lite" program that comes with CBBE. Works for original CBBE textures only - not for custom textures.

 

2. Try this mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76607/? The file "blankdetailmap.dds" can cause discoloration problems.

 

Just some additional thoughts:

 

3. Set "fixtintgamma" in your enb.local to "false" (or "true", if it is already "false") and see, if this changes anything.

 

4. Don't use texture compression software on body textures. This can cause neckseam issues, too.
