RoosterCrowsatNoon
Hey all, I was trying to make a little batch file to reset all quests so that I could start over with my current character (instead of making a whole new one). To do that I need all the quest IDs, but the only place I can find those is on UESP. I'd do that, but it would require an obscene amount of work as I would have to manually copy and paste each individual quest ID. Does anyone know where I can find a list of all quest IDs in one nice place?
Sunnie
While some quests can be reset, a large number of quests can not be reset once they are completed, mainly dealing with the main quest line, the civil war, and some side quests. Best place to find all the quest IDs is to use TESSnip and open up the Skyrim.esm.

The dead that living, back to dead, recover every quest item and put it back in it's rightful place. I'm not sure if the Character Editor currently released supports exporting information but it might be easier to export your character out, start a new game and import them back in. Is this because you've grown attached to the character's look? The character itself? or the level and items to which they have acquired? IF it's all but the items they've acquired you could start anew, theoretically import your old character (again assuming the character editor supports that) and then just use console commands to set your level and then manually adjust your perk and point distribution back to where they were. Sunnie
You also can't reset the states in which a lot of objects are in due to events, like the Civil War, becoming Thane, special side quest like the ever broken Blood on the Ice, because they are controlled by scripts.
