William Wallace Shout Mod

Hey folks,

All day I've been trying to create a mod that changes the sound file for "Fus Ro Dah" to a soundbyte I have of "Freedom!" from the movie Braveheart, which would be appropriate for my character named "William Wallace." I keep hitting roadblocks, and I've downloaded so many different programs that I'm not sure what I should be doing anymore.

The programs I have are:

-New Vegas Mod Manager

-Nexus Mod Manager

-Hex Editor

-.Fuz Extractor (which I have no clue how to use)

-Python

 

I'm no modder/hacker, so I have absolutely no clue what I'm doing. If there's a simple solution to this that I'm unaware of, I'd really appreciate hearing it.
